Boutique Riad Hotel & Travel Services

We are a german family who first arrived from Munich/Germany in Marrakech in 2014 as my big boy was just 1 year. As a passionate traveler and a graduate in tourism management, I turned my vision into reality by opening my first riad, the Riad 11 Zitoune, which is just next door. 

With our new House Riad 10 Mandarin, which is managed by me, Alexandra, we want to create a space for families, bigger groups and provide a sanctuary where you can focus on well-being and rejuvenation. 

Our love for Marrakech and Morocco is fueled by its vibrant atmosphere, the exquisite craftsmanship found throughout the city, and the wonderful people we have the pleasure of meeting. Now living between the vibrant cities of Marrakech and Munich, we’ve grown to cherish the unique charm and energy of this extraordinary place.
