We offer a 4 day/3 night Yoga Retreat from 16.12 -19.12.24 in our beautiful Riad 11 plus our new House Riad 10 Mandarin where we have a wonderful high roof top terrace.

Relax your Body and Mind in the most exotic city Africas and enjoy a week in our beautiful calm Oasis in the midth of the buzzling medina. We will start every day on our roof top terrace with a Yoga Flow/Hatha Yoga at sunrise – the most beautiful yogic way to start the day. During this time you give your body a gentle wake up and enjoy the birds singing. The yoga exercises will loosen your muscles stressed from daily work and pressure and the meditation helps you to be aware and present in this moment.

What the days comes with:

Day 1 – Arrival Day. In the evening you will do your first Yoga Session followed by enjoying your first traditional Dinner in the group cooked from our chef Khadija

Day 2 – Yoga lesson in the morning at 8am followed by a breakfast brunch at 10am. At 2pm we have planned a city tour with a certified guide through the old town/medina on the program. He will show you the heart of the medina and provide information about the culture, people and the heritage of this amazing city. After the evening Meditation you will enjoy the vegetarian dinner at 8pm.

Day 3 – Yoga lesson in the morning at 8am followed by a breakfast brunch at 10am. Optional you can book a treatment at the Hammam or go to Anima Garden. Or you prefer to go shopping to the souks. As the Riad is based so central it´s easy to walk around by yourself and come back any time you need a break. After the evening Meditation you will enjoy the vegetarian dinner at 8pm.

Day 4 – Yoga lesson in the morning at 8am followed by a breakfast brunch at 10am. Departure Day… or you decided to stay some days longer in the most exotic city Africas!

Enjoy magical 3 days going to the Sahara – an unforgettabel experience

Day 1: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorges
We start our tour in the morning and we drive to Dades Gorges. We will pass the Tizi-n-Tichka, then we visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Kasbah AitBenhaddou,where we take lunch and we continue to Ouarzazate and the Dades valley, where we will spend the night in local Riad/Hotel.

Day 2: Dades gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga-Erg Chebbi Camel Trek
After the breakfast, we travel to the Sahara desert of Erg ChebbiMerzouga and we pass many berber villages, scattered along the way. We pass Tinjdad, and Erfoud where we’ll see the beginning of Oasis of Tafilalet. Then we continue to Merzouga, from where we get a camel trek to the magic dunes. We will spend this night in a comfortable and Luxury desert camp with drums music in the middle of the Sahara.

 

Day 3: Erg Chebbi –Nkob– Marrakech
You will see the magic sunrise in the Sahara before you ride back with the camel to Merzouga. There you will enjoy a breakfast and a shower in the Hotel/Riad before driving back through the Dra Valley with its traditonal Berber Villages to Marrakech. You will arrive in Marrakech in the evening and be brought back to the Riad.
